Recording exit interview details
Select the “Record Exit Interview” link from left pane.
The “Record Exit Interview” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Date |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. Tell me more |
Organization Unit |
From the drop-down list, select the organization unit under which you require to record the employee’s probation details. Tell me more |
Employee Code |
Enter the unique code to identify the employee for whom exit interview details must be recorded. Help Available |
Employee Name |
The system displays the name of the employee corresponding to the specific employee code that you entered. |
Date of Joining |
The date when the employee joined the organization. |
Last Day of Service |
The date, which was the last day of service for the employee. |
Select the “Get” pushbutton.
The system displays the following
Supervisor |
The name of the person who interviewed the employee to whom the employee reports. |
HR |
The name of the HR executive who interviewed the employee. |
To record the exit interview details
Enter any or all of the following details.
All the text boxes under the “Supervisor” field provide information recorded by the supervisor during the exit interview with the employee. Similarly, the text boxes under the “HR” field provide information recorded by the HR executive.
Note: A supervisor cannot view the HR executive’s remarks for an employee. But a HR executive can view the supervisor’s remarks for an employee.
Employee Reason |
From the drop-down list box, select the reason, as mentioned by the employee for leaving the organization. |
Reason for Resignation |
The reason for which the employee has resigned the job. |
Employee’s Opinion of Job |
The employee’s opinion about the job. |
Employee’s Opinion of Management |
The employee’s opinion about the management. |
Ideas on Improving Job Environment Condition |
The employee’s suggestions for improving the existing job environment condition. |
Any Other Feedback |
Any other feedback that the employee provides. |
Interviewer’s Remarks |
The comments of the interviewer. |
Date |
The date of the exit interview. |
HR Manager’s Remarks and Date |
The comments of the HR manager. |

Enter the date of the exit interview in the adjacent text box. |
Select the “Save” pushbutton.
The system saves the details.
Select the “Delete” pushbutton.
The system deletes the existing details.
