The system displays the following field at the top right of the page.
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |

Employee |
The employee code and name you specified in the “Select Employee For Separation” page. |
Position Title |
The position title description you selected in the “Select Employee For Separation” page. |
Department |
The department in which the employee is employed. |
Job Title |
The job title description of the employee. |

Specify the employee code of the employee who conducted the exit interview for the selected employee. Help Facility Available |
The system also displays the following field beside.
Interviewer Name |
The name of the employee who conducted the exit interview for the selected employee. This field is displayed based on the interviewer code you specify. |
There are 6 fields below the “Interviewer Code” field, for which you are allowed to modify the literal. By default, the system displays the following field literal: “Interpersonal Relationships”, “Work Content & Environment”, “Compensation”, “HR Policies”, “Training” and “Other Details”.
These fields are used to specify the details of the exit interview of the selected employee. Example: you can specify “the team spirit and work culture was very healthy and satisfactory“ for “Work Content & environment” field. To customize the field literal based on the requirements of your organization, carry out the following:
Modify the literal for the fields through “Maintain Field Literals Information” activity.
Specify the details of the exit interview in the appropriate fields.
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the specified details.
