The “Authorize Employee Movement Checklist” page appears.

The system displays the following header details.

Employee Movement Unit

The employee movement unit selected in the “Select Employee to Authorize Employee Movement Checklist” page.

Employment Unit

The employment unit of the employee.

Movement Type

The system displays any one of the following types of movement.

  • Separation

  • Transfer

  • Promotion

  • Promotion with Transfer

Employee Code

The unique code of the employee.

Employee Name

The name of the employee.

Movement Date

The date on which the employee movement was initiated.

Work Location

The work location of the employee.

Grade Set

The grade set of the employee.

Grade

The grade of the employee.

Department

The department to which the employee belongs.

Position

The position held by the employee.

Job

The job title held by the employee.

The system displays the following only if the movement type that has been selected is “Separation”.

Last working Date

The last working date of the employee.

Reason for Separation

The reason for separation.

The system displays the following in the multiline based on the role and the checklist description mapped to the employee from the “Record Employee Movement Checklist” activity.

S#

The serial number of the record in the multiline.

Role

The role to which the employee has been mapped in the “Record Employee Movement Checklist” activity. Example, Admin.

Checklist Description

The description of the checklist against the role.  Example, ID Cards or Keys.

Status

From the drop-down list box, select any one of the following statuses.

  •  “Pending” indicates that the checklist details against the role are pending for authorization.

  •  “Authorized” indicates that the checklist details against the role has been completed.

  •  “Rejected” indicates that the checklist against the role has been rejected.

  •  “Not Applicable” indicates that the checklist is not applicable.

Entered By

The name of the person who recorded the details.

Remarks

Any, remarks pertaining to the authorization of the employee movement checklist.

Note that the final authorizer can edit the Status entered by the other roles and his entries will be considered as final.
