The “Set Automated Enrollment Process Status” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Date format |
The date format applicable to the login user. More details |
Select the following
Benefits Enrollment Unit |
From the drop-down list box select the organization unit in which automated enrollment process must be set. . The drop-down list box contains list of all the organization units where you have permissions to set the status of automated enrollment process. |
Program |
From the drop-down list box select the program for which automated enrollment process must be set. The drop-down list box displays the list of all the programs for which automated enrollment process is permitted. |
Plan Category |
From The drop-down list box select the plan category for which automated enrollment status has to be set. The drop-down list box displays the following values viz. "Health", "Life & Ad/D", "Disability", "FSA" And "Savings". By default, the system will display “select”. |
Enter the auto enrollment Id in the “Auto Enrollment Id” field for which you have to set the status.
Select the “Get Details” pushbutton.
The system displays the following in the multiline.
Plan Category |
The category of the plan. One among the following values will be displayed. "Health", "Life & Ad/D", "Disability", "FSA" And "Savings". |
Plan Code |
The unique code that identifies a plan. |
Plan Description |
The plan name. |
Status |
The process status of the plan i.e. “Initialized”
or |
Specify the program, plan category and auto enrollment Id, for which you have to set enrollment process.
Select the plans that have to be aborted, by checking the plans beside the corresponding records in the “Select” column of the multiline.
Select the “Abort” pushbutton.
The automated enrollment process for all the plans for which you have checked in the “Select” column will be aborted.
The “Status” field of each plan for which automated enrollment process was aborted will display “Aborted” after successful execution.
Note that you can abort an automated enrollment process only if it has “Initialized” status.
