Select the “Set eligibility participation process status” hyperlink from the left pane.
The “Set Eligibility Participation Process Status” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Date format |
The date format applicable to the login user. More details |
Select the following
Benefits Enrollment Unit |
From the drop-down list box select the organization unit in which eligibility participation must be set. . The drop-down list box contains list of all the organization units where you have permissions to set the status of eligibility participation process status. |
Program |
From the drop-down list box select the program for which eligibility participation process must be set. The drop-down list box displays the list of all the programs that have been defined in the “Create Benefits Program” activity of Benefits Definitions component. |
Enter the participation Id of the eligibility participation process that has to be aborted.
Participation Id |
The unique Id that identifies an eligibility participation process. |
Select the “ GetDetails” pushbutton.
The system displays the following in the multiline.
Plan Category |
The category of the plan. One among the following values will be displayed. "Health", "Life & Ad/D", "Disability", "FSA" And "Savings". |
Plan Type |
The type of the plan. |
Plan Code |
The unique code that identifies a plan. |
Plan Description |
The plan name. |
Status |
The process status of the plan i.e. “Initialized”

Specify the program and participation Id, for which you have to set eligibility participation process status.
Select the plans that have to be aborted, by checking the plans beside the corresponding records in the “Select” column of the multiline.
Select the “Abort” pushbutton.
The eligibility participation process for all the plans for which you have checked in the “Select” column will be aborted.
The “Status” field of each plan for which automated enrollment process was aborted will display “Aborted” after successful execution.
Note that you can abort an eligibility participation process only if it has “Initialized” status.
