The “Record Highly Compensated Employees” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Date format |
The date format applicable to the login user. More details |
Enter or select the following
Benefits Enrollment Unit |
The name of the organization unit in which the benefits enrolment unit has been deployed. If there is more than one value, the system displays “Select” as the default value in the drop-down list box. From the “Benefits Enrollment Unit” drop-down list box, select the organization unit for which the highly compensated employee has to be created. Tell me more |
Enter or select the following.
Company |
The name of the company. |
Benefit Year |
By default the system will display the benefit year with highest “To Date”. From the drop-down list box select the benefit year for which you have to record the highly compensated employees. The drop-down list box will display list of all the benefit years created in the “Create Benefit Year” activity and enroll with the selected Benefit Enrollment Unit. |
Select the “Get Details” pushbutton.
The system displays the details of all the employees that have been entered earlier in the multiline. You can modify the same.
Employee Code |
The unique code that identifies an employee. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
HCE Category |
The HCE (Highly Compensated Employee) category to which the employee belongs. The drop-down list box displays list of all the HCE categories that have been defined in the “HRMS General Masters” component. |
Select the “submit” pushbutton to submit the details.
