Viewing appraisal objectives

Select “View Appraisal Objectives” from the left pane.

The “View Appraisal Objectives” page appears.

The system displays the following, at the top right of the page.

Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user. Tell me more.

Specify the following.

Appraisal Setup Unit

The drop-down list box displays the set of organization units in which the Appraisal Setup component is deployed. Tell me more.

From the “Appraisal Setup Unit” drop-down list box, select the organization unit, where the appraisal objectives has been defined.

Employment Setup Unit

From the “Employment Unit” drop-down list, select the organization unit that interacts with the Appraisal Setup Unit to view the appraisal objectives. This organization unit must hold the Employment Information component.

Select the “Search” pushbutton.

The system retrieves all the objectives under the chosen appraisal setup unit and employment unit. Given below are the details displayed of each appraisal objective

Appraisal Objective Code	The code that uniquely identifies each objective.
Objective Description	A brief description of the objective.
Objective Detailed Description	A detailed description of the objective.
Inactive	If “Yes” is displayed, the objective will not be available for use. If “No” is displayed, the objective will be available for use.
