Viewing the appraisal potentials for group of employees

The “View Appraisal Potential” page appears.

Appraisal Setup Unit	The drop-down list box displays the set of organization units in which the Appraisal Setup component is deployed. Tell me more. From the “Appraisal Setup Unit” drop-down list box, select the organization unit, where the appraisal potentials has been defined.
Date Format	The date format that is applicable to the login user. Tell me more.
Employment Unit	From the “Employment Unit” drop-down list, select the organization unit that interacts with the Appraisal Setup Unit for which the appraisal potentials must be viewed. This organization unit must hold the Employment Information component.
Appraisal Type	Select the appraisal type under which appraisal potentials must be viewed.
Appraisal Calendar Code	Enter the code of the appraisal calendar for which the appraisal potentials must be viewed. Help Available
Calendar Short Description	If you select the appraisal calendar code through Help, the system will display the short description of the calendar.

The multiline displays the following details of potentials for groups of employees

Potential	The name of the potential that is defined for the employees.
Department	The name of the department for whose employees this potential has been defined.
Job Title	The title of the job, to indicate that the potential has been defined for all employees holding this job.
Job Level	The job level, to indicate that the potential has been defined for all employees at this job level.
Position Title	The title of the position, to indicate that the potential has been defined for all employees holding this position.
Grade Set	The description of the grade set, to indicate that the potential has been defined for all employees belonging to this grade set.
Grade	The description of the grade, to indicate that the potential is being defined for all employees belonging to this grade.
Inactive	If “Yes” is displayed, this potential information cannot be used by other Activities If “No” is displayed, this potential information can be used by other Activities
