Viewing the mapping details of each appraisal template

Select the “View Appraisal Template Mapping” link from the left pane.

The “View Appraisal Template Mapping” page appears.

Enter the following

Appraisal Setup Unit	The drop-down list box displays the set of organization units in which the Appraisal Setup component is deployed. Tell me more. From the “Appraisal Setup Unit” drop-down list box, select the organization unit, where the appraisal template mapping has been defined.
Date Format	The date format that is applicable to the login user. Tell me more.
Employment Unit	From the “Employment Unit” drop-down list, select the organization unit that interacts with the Appraisal Setup Unit under which you want to view the mapping. This organization unit must hold the Employment Information component.
Appraisal Type	From the drop-down list box, select the appraisal type under which you want to view the mapping of appraisal templates to employees.
Appraisal Calendar Code	Enter the code of the appraisal calendar under which you want to view the template mapping. Help Available
Calendar Short Description	If you select the appraisal calendar code through Help, the system will display the short description of the calendar.

Select the “Get Details” pushbutton.

The multiline displays the following mapping details of those appraisal templates under the appraisal calendar, which have been mapped to groups of employees.

Template Code	The code of each appraisal template to which employees have been mapped.
Template Description	The short description of the template.
Department	The name of the department whose employees have been mapped to the appraisal template.
Job Title	The title of the job, to indicate that the employees holding this job have been mapped to the appraisal template.
Job Level	The level of the job, to indicate that all employees at this job level have been mapped to the appraisal template.
Position Title	The title of the position, to indicate that all employees holding this position title have been mapped to the appraisal template.
Grade Set	The description of the grade set, to indicate that all employees under this grade set have been mapped to the appraisal template.
Grade	The description of the grade, to indicate that all employees under this grade have been mapped to the appraisal template.
Auto Objective Mapping	“Yes” or “No” is displayed. “Yes” is displayed, to indicate that the objectives of this appraisal template will be automatically made available to all the appraisers, during appraisal. Tell me more. “No” is displayed, to indicate that the objectives of this template will not be automatically made available, for appraisal.
Inactive	“Yes” or “No” is displayed. “Yes” is displayed to indicate that this mapping information cannot be used by other activities “No” is displayed to indicate that this mapping information can be used by other activities
