Viewing certificate details of the supplier

This page allows you to view the certificate details for the selected supplier. Tell me more.

Select the “View Certificate Details” link at the bottom of the “Supplier Details” page.

The “View Certificate Details” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed, in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Supplier Information” group box:

Supplier #	The supplier selected in the “Select Supplier” page whose certificate details you need to view.
Supplier Name	The name of the supplier.
Supplier Type	The type of the supplier as “Normal” or “Miscellaneous”.
Supplier Category	The user-defined code that identifies the category of the supplier.

The system displays the following in the “Supplier Role” group box:

Manufacturer	The system displays “Yes” or “No” to indicate whether the selected supplier is a manufacturer of the supplied items or not.
Distributor	The system displays “Yes” or “No” to indicate whether the selected supplier is a distributor of the supplied items or not.
Repair Agency	The system displays “Yes” or “No” to indicate whether the selected supplier is a repair agency of the supplied items or not.
Operator	The system displays “Yes” or “No” to indicate whether the supplier is the operator of the supplied items.
Service Provider	The system displays “Yes” or “No” to indicate whether the selected supplier is a service provider of the supplied items or not.
PBH	The system displays “Yes” or “No” to indicate whether the selected supplier is a PBH supplier or not.
Others	The system displays “Yes” or “No” to indicate whether the supplier of the items belongs to another class.

The system displays the following in the “Approval Information” group box:

Certificate Type	The certificate type of the supplier.
Certificate #	A unique certification number assigned to the supplier by a regulatory authorizing agency.
Issued By	The regulatory authority that issues the certification for the supplier.
Effective From	The start date, in the specified date format, from which the certification issued for the supplier is valid.
Effective To	The end date, in the specified date format, until which the certification issued for the supplier is valid.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the "View Supplier Part Mapping" link at the bottom of the page, to view the mapping details of the supplier part .
Select the "View Supplier TCD Mapping" link at the bottom of the page, to view the supplier TCD mapping details.
Select the “View Repair Services" link at the bottom of the page, to view the repair services of the supplier.
Select the "View References" link at the bottom of the page, to view the reference document information of the supplier.
Select the “View Associated Doc. Attachments link at the bottom of the page, to view the all the associated documents that are uploaded for the supplier.

Viewing certificate details of the supplier – An overview

This page allows you to view the certificate details for the selected supplier. You can view information such as the certificate type, certificate number, authority that issued the certificate and the effective date period during which the certificate is valid.
