Inquire Stock Availability – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to view the stock availability details of a selected part in the inventory. Before executing transactions such as work orders, issues and receipts, you may wish to view the availability of a part in different warehouses in the login organization unit, for the supply of the required parts.

This page allows you to search and select a part for viewing its stock details. You can carry out a search based on the number of the part, the stock status of the part, the type and the category of the part and the condition of the part. The system retrieves the details of the part along with the warehouse in which it is available.
