Inquire Allocation Information– A summary of the activity

This page allows you to view the details of the allocated quantity of a selected part. While looking into the stock balance in a warehouse, you can select a part and view the details of the allocated quantity in the total quantity available in the warehouse.

This page allows you to view the details on the quantity allocated on the available quantity in the warehouse. The page gives you the information of the part number selected in the previous page. You can choose to view the allocation information of the part along with the serial number and lot number.

The system displays the reference document type, reference document number, origin, part number, part description, stock status, UOM, allocated quantity, WH – Zone number, Bin number, serial number and lot number of the part selected.
