Viewing warehouse unserviceable part quantity details

This page enables you to view the details of the unserviceable part quantity available in the warehouses defined for the login organization unit. The system also displays the details of the zone/bin in which the part is stored in the warehouse.

Click the hyperlinked “WH-Unserviceable Qty” in the “View Material Count and Location Information” page.

The “View Warehouse Unserviceable Quantity Information” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Part Details” group box:

Part #	The number identifying the part, for which the details are displayed.
Part Description	The textual description of the part.
WH – Unserviceable Qty	The unserviceable quantity of the part, available in the warehouses defined for the login organization unit. If the selected part is of type “Component”, the “WH – Unserviceable Qty” will be computed as the sum of the quantities of the part in “Unserviceable” condition, available in the warehouses defined for the login organization unit. If the selected part is of type other than “Component”, the “WH – Unserviceable Qty” will be computed as the sum of quantity of parts available in the warehouses of category 'Unserviceable' in the “Set Material Inquiry Options” activity.
Stock UOM	The unit of measurement in which the part is stocked in the inventory.
Part Type	The type of the part.
Part Control Type	The method by which the part is controlled in the warehouse, which could be “Serial controlled” or “Lot controlled” or “Serial & lot controlled” or “None”.
Part Category	The category of the part.
Currency	The base currency of the company, as defined in the “Maintain Currency Information” activity of the “Enterprise Set Up” business component.

The system displays the following in the “Warehouse Serviceable Quantity Details” multiline:

Warehouse #	The code identifying the warehouse in which the part is available.
Zone #	The number identifying the zone in which the part is stored in the warehouse.
Bin #	The number identifying the bin in which the part is stored in the zone.
Serial #	The serial number of the part, if the part is serial-controlled.
Lot #	The lot number of the part, if the part is lot-controlled.

Note: The “Serial #” and “Lot #” will not be displayed, if the part is “None-controlled".

Condition	The condition of the part. The system will display “Unserviceable”, if the part is of type “Component”. If the part is of type other than “Component” this field will be left blank.
Component #	The code identifying the component ID. The component ID will be displayed only if the part is of type “Component”.
Quantity	The unserviceable quantity of the part available in the warehouse.
Value	The value of the part available in the warehouse.
