Viewing removed-pending return quantity details
Using this page, you can view the quantity details of the part that is removed from the aircraft / component, but not returned to the stock.
Click the hyperlinked “Removed - Pending Return Qty” in the “View Material Count and Location Information” page.
The “View Removed - Pending Return Quantity Information” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the “User Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following in the “Part Details” group box:
Note: For the specified part number, the system retrieves and displays the part description, part category, part type and part control type from the “Part Administration” business component. The system retrieves only those part / serial numbers which are in condition other than “Phased Out”.
Part # |
The number identifying the part, for which the removed-pending return quantity details are displayed. |
Part Description |
The textual description of the part. |
Removed - Pending Return Quantity |
The quantity of the part that is removed from the aircraft, but not returned to the stock. |
Stock UOM |
The unit of measurement in which the part is stocked in the inventory. |
Part Type |
The type of the part, which could be "Component". |
Part Control Type |
The method by which the part is controlled in the warehouse, which could be “Serial controlled”. |
Part Category |
The category of the part. |
The system displays the following in the “Removed - Pending Return Quantity Details” multiline:
Serial # |
The serial number of the part which is removed from the aircraft / component, and not returned to the stock. |
Component Replacement # |
The code identifying the component replacement number for the part / serial # which is removed from the aircraft / component. |
Click the hyperlinked component replacement number to view the component replacement details.
Note: The system ensures that the total count of the Component Replacement # retrieved in the multiline is equal to the Removed - Pending Return Quantity available in the header.
Station |
The description of the station where the component replacement has been carried out. |
Work Center # |
The code identifying the work center in which the part / serial # is removed. |
Ref. Document Type |
The type of the reference document through which the part / serial # is removed. The system displays the options “Hangar Work Order”, "Shop Work Order” or “Technical Log”. |
Ref. Document # |
The code identifying the reference document through which the part / serial # is removed. |
Removed From |
Indicates whether the part / serial # is removed from aircraft or component. The system displays the Aircraft Reg # if the part / serial # is removed from the aircraft, or the Component # if the part / serial # is removed from the component. |
Removed Date |
The date on which the part is removed, as specified in the Component Replacement document. |
Removed By |
The code identifying the employee who removed the part # / serial #. |
Removed Condition |
The component condition of the removed part / serial #. |
