In this page you can view the details of the part for which pending material request exists in “Authorized” or “Partially Issued” status. The system displays the details of the “Authorized” and “Partially Issued” material requests requesting for the part.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the “User Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Part Details” group box:

Part #

The number identifying the part, for which the details are displayed.

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

Due Out Qty

The pending material request quantity of the part.

Stock UOM

The unit of measurement in which the part is stocked in the inventory.

Part Type

The type of the part.

Part Control Type

The method by which the part is controlled in the warehouse, which could be “Serial controlled” or “Lot controlled” or “Serial & lot controlled” or “None”.

Part Category

The category of the part.

The system displays the following in the “Due Out Quantity Details” multiline:

Material Request #

The number identifying the pending material request.

MR Class

The class to which the MR belongs

The system displays one of the following:

  • Maintenance – Indicates that the MR is created for maintenance requirement.

  • General – Indicates that the MR is created for a general requirement.

  • Replenishment – Indicates that the MR is created for automatic replenishment of parts.

MR Type

The type of the material request. The system displays one of the following:

  • Planned - Indicates that the material request is raised due to planned maintenance activities or execution documents which contains the list of materials required.

  • Unplanned – Indicates that the material request is raised for unplanned maintenance activities such as the line station.

  • For Stock – Indicates that the material request is raised based on the reorder level or min-max level of the parts

MR Priority

The priority of the material request.

The system displays one of the following:

  • Normal – To indicate that the MR is raised for parts that pertain to the usual requirement of an aircraft.

  • AOG – To indicate that the MR is raised for the aircraft on ground.

  • Low – To indicate that the MR is raised for replenishing the stock level of the parts.

Warehouse #

The number identifying the warehouse from which the part is required.

Need Date

The date on which the parts are consumed or needed.

Quantity

The pending material request quantity of the part.

Ref. Document Type

The type of the reference document based on which the material request is created.

The system displays one of the following:

  • Shop Work Order – Indicates that the MR was raised based on a shop work order.

  • Tech Log – Indicates that the MR was raised based on a technical log.

  • Visit Package – Indicates that the MR was raised based on a visit package.

  • Hangar Work Order- Indicates that the MR was raised based on hangar work order.

  • Others - Indicates that the MR was raised based on any document other than the shop work order, technical log, visit package and Hangar Work order.

Ref. Document #

The number identifying the reference document.

Aircraft Reg #

The registration number of the aircraft for which the parts are required.

Component #

The number identifying the component for which the materials are required.
