Viewing in-transit serviceable quantity details

This page enables you to view the serviceable quantity details of the part, issued from the warehouse based on a stock transfer order, and is yet to be received in the receiving warehouse. The system will display the details of all the stock transfer issue parts for which a stock transfer receipt document is yet to be created. If the part is of type “Component”, then the stock transfer issue parts in “New”, “Overhauled” or “Serviceable” condition will be considered. If the part is of type other than “Component”, the system considers the stock transfer issue parts in warehouse of category 'Serviceable' in the “Set Material Inquiry Options” activity.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the “User Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Part Details” group box:

Part #	The number identifying the part, for which the details are displayed.
Part Description	The textual description of the part.
In Transit Qty – Serviceable	The serviceable quantity of the part that is issued through “Stock Transfer Issue” transaction and is yet to be received into the inventory through the “Stock Transfer Receipt” transaction. If the part is of type “Component”, the “In Transit Qty – Serviceable” will be computed as the sum of the quantities of the part in “New”, “Serviceable” or “Overhauled” condition, issued through stock transfer issue transaction and are yet to be received into the inventory. If the part is of type other than "Component", the "In Transit Qty - Serviceable" will be computed as the sum of quantity of the part issued through “Stock Transfer Issue” transaction to the warehouse of category 'Serviceable' in the "Set Material Inquiry Options" activity, and are yet to be received into the inventory.
Stock UOM	The unit of measurement in which the part is stocked in the inventory.
Part Type	The type of the part.
Part Control Type	The method by which the part is controlled in the warehouse, which could be “Serial controlled” or “Lot controlled” or “Serial & lot controlled” or “None”.
Part Category	The category of the part.
Currency	The base currency of the company, as defined in the “Maintain Currency Information” activity of the “Enterprise Set Up” business component.

The system displays the following in the “In Transit Serviceable Quantity Details” multiline:

STO #

The code identifying the stock transfer order based on which the part has been issued.

Click the hyperlinked “STO #” to view the stock transfer order details.

Issue #

The code identifying the issue document for the part.

Click the hyperlinked “Issue” to view the issue details.

Issue Date	The date on which the part is issued.
From Warehouse #	The number identifying the warehouse from which the part has been issued.
To Warehouse #	The number identifying the warehouse, to which the part has been issued, but is yet to be received.
Serial #	The serial number of the issued part, if the issue part is serial-controlled.
Lot #	The lot number of the issued part, if the issue part is lot-controlled.
Condition	The condition of the part, if the part is of type “Component”.
Component #	The code identifying the component ID, if the issued part is of type component.
Quantity	The serviceable in-transit quantity of the part.
Value	The serviceable in-transit value of the part.
