Viewing the parameter values and certificate details of the Part Serial #s/ Lot #s

You can view the parameter and inspection information such as the certificate number and the certificate type received, the authorization number and the certification details.

Select the “View Certificate & Parameter Information” link in the “View Serial & Lot Details” page.

The “View Certificate & Parameter Information” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Stock Correction Details” group box:

Stock Correction #	The number identifying the stock correction document to be viewed.
Status	The status of the stock correction document.
Warehouse #	The number indicating the warehouse for which the stock correction for which the stock correction document is created.
Description	The textual description of the warehouse.

Enter the following in the “Part Selection” group box:

Line #

Use the drop-down list box to select the line #, for which the certificate & parameter details, is to be viewed.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the part details.

The system displays the following in the “Part Details” group box:

Part #	The number identifying the part.
Part Description	The textual description of the part.
Serial #	The number identifying the serial number of the part.
Lot #	The number identifying the lot number of the part.
Manufacturer Serial #	The number identifying the serial number issued by the manufacturer.
Manufacturer Lot #	The number identifying the lot number issued by the manufacturer.
Condition	The condition of the part# and serial #/lot # for which you wish to record certificate and parameter details, such as “New”, “Overhauled”, “Serviceable”, “Unserviceable”.
Part Control Type	The part control type of the part.

The system displays the following in the “Certificate Details” group box:

Certificate Type	The type of certificate associated with the part serial number or lot number
Certificate Date	The date on which the certificate was issued.
Certificate #	The number identifying the certificate.
Parameter Details	The parameter details of the component.
System Tracking Ref #	The number, which can be used to track the certification details of the part.
Warranty Lapse Date	The date on which the warranty of part gets lapsed.

The system displays the following in the “Parameter Details” multiline:

Parameter	The parameter associated to the part number.
UOM	The unit of measurement of the parameter.
Since New	Indicates the time in cycles or hours if the part is new or if the part has been acquired from another organization which has held it in stock without being used.
Since Overhaul	Indicates the time in cycles or hours if the part has undergone a maintenance action but has not been used thereafter.
Since Repair	The cumulative flying hours or flying cycles of the component, since its last repair in the shop (Decimal).
Since Inspection	The cumulative flying hours or flying cycles of the component, since its last inspection in the shop (Decimal).
Since Last Shot Visit	The cumulative flying hours or flying cycles of the component, since its last visit to the shop for maintenance (Decimal).
Warranty Y/N	Indicates if the part is covered under warranty or not, based on the warranty set for the parameters in the “Aircraft” business component.
Warranty Value	The value of the warranty.

The system displays the following the in the "Attachments" group box:

File Name

The name of the file used for document reference that is associated to the stock correction.

Select the “Authorize Stock Correction” link to authorize the stock correction document.
