The “View Standard Cost Revaluation” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Revaluation Information” group box:

Revaluation #

The unique number identifying the revaluation document. 

Status

The Status of the revaluation document

Reference Document #

The number identifying the reference document of the revaluation document.

User Status

The user status of the revaluation document.

Revaluation Date

The date on which the revaluation is raised.

Revaluation Category

The category to which the revaluation document belongs.

Costing Usage

The type of costing usage  used

Base Currency

The base currency as defined in the “Create Currency Information” of the “Enterprise Set Up” business component

The system displays the following in the “Part Details” multiline:

Part #

The number identifying the part.

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

Part Type

The type of the part, which could be Component, Consumable, Miscellaneous, Expendables, Raw Material, Tool,  or kit. 

Current Standard Cost

The old standard cost of the part.

New Standard Cost

The new standard cost of the part.

Stock UOM

The unit of measurement in which the part is stocked.

Current Stock Quantity

The total quantity of the stock across Organization Units, as maintained in the system.

Current Stock Value

This value is calculated as “Current Stock Quantity” * “Current Standard Cost”.

New Stock Value

This value is calculated as “Current Stock Quantity” * “New Standard Cost”.

Value Difference

The value difference is calculated as “New Stock Value” – “Current Stock Value”.

Remarks

Additional comments pertaining to revaluation is displayed.

No of Locations Impacted

Indicates the number of organization units affected due to the value change.

The system displays the following in the “Other Details” group:

User Defined Detail – 1

Additional details pertaining to the revaluation is displayed here.

User Defined Detail – 2

Additional details pertaining to the revaluation is displayed here.

Comments

Additional details pertaining to the revaluation is displayed here.

File Name

The name of the file used for document reference that is associated to the standard cost revaluation.
