This screen enables to associate entities to Identifiers.

The “Associate Entities” page appears.

Category

Use the drop-down list box to specify the category for which the Additional Inventory Information is recorded. The system lists the value “Inventory Additional Info”.

Supp. Description

Use the drop-down list box to specify the supplementary description for which the entities are to be associated. The system lists all the Supplementary Descriptions for which “Applicable” is defined as “Yes” in the “Manage Options for Additional Information" screen.

Part Group

Use the drop-down list box to specify the part group. The system lists all the Part Groups defined in the “Create Part/Service Groups” screen in “Part Administration” business component along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Part Category

Use the drop-down list box to specify the part category. The system lists all the quick codes defined under the Quick Code Type 'Part Category' in the “Create Quick Code” screen in “Part Administration” business component along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Part Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the part type. The system lists all the standard Part Types along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Part Classification

Use the drop-down list box to specify the part classification. The system lists all the standard Part classifications along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Part Control Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the part control type. The system lists all the standard Part control types along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Stock Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the stock status. The system lists all the ‘Active’ Stock Statuses defined in the "View User Defined Stock Status" screen in the “User Defined Stock Status” business component along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

From Part Value

The starting value in the range of part values from which is allowed for the Supplementary Description Identifiers.

To Part Value

The ending value in the range of part values upto which allowed for the Supplementary Description Identifiers.

The system displays the following fields in the “Associate Entities” multiline:

Created By

The name of the user who associated the Entities.

Created Date & Time

The date and time at which the Entities Association was created.

Last Modified By

The name of the user who modified the Entities Association recently.

Last Modified Date & Time

The date and time at which the Entities Association was modified recently.
