The “Advanced Search” pop-up appears.

Part #

Part # - The number identifying the part.

Serial # - The serial number of the part.

Mfr. Lot # - The manufacturer lot # of the part.

Receipt # - The number identifying the Receipt.

Warehouse # - The number identifying the warehouse.

Part Description

The description of the part.

Part Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the part type. The system lists all the standard Part Types along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Part Category

Use the drop-down list box to specify the part category. The system lists all the quick codes defined under the Quick Code Type 'Part Category' in the “Create Quick Code” screen in “Part Administration” business component along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Part Classification

Use the drop-down list box to specify the part classification. The system lists all the standard Part classifications along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Part Group

Use the drop-down list box to specify the part group. The system lists all the Part Groups defined in the “Create Part/Service Groups” screen in “Part Administration” business component along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Part Control Type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the part control type. The system lists all the standard Part control types along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Stock Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the stock status. The system lists all the ‘Active’ Stock Statuses defined in the "View User Defined Stock Status" screen in the “User Defined Stock Status” business component along with a blank value. The system leaves the field blank, by default.

Identifier

Use the drop-down list box to specify the Identifier. The system lists all the Identifiers that are set as ‘Applicable’ in the “Manage Options for Additional Information” screen.

UDD Combo

Use the drop-down list box to specify the User Defined Details. The system lists all the UDD Combo columns that are set as ‘Applicable’ in the “Manage Options for Additional Information” screen along with the Values defined in the Manage Quick Code screen for the UDD combos.

Additional Info. Req.?

Select the checkbox to retrieve the Parts for which the Additional Inventory Information is Required and Not saved based on the “Associate Entities” screen along with the Saved Part Details in this screen.
