The “Component Maintenance Due report” page appears

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component.

Part #

The part # for which maintenance is due in the specified date range.

The search retrieves tasks on components and attached sub-assemblies of the part that fall due in the specified date range.

Help facility available

Mfr. Serial #/Serial #

The manufacturer serial #/serial # for which maintenance is due in the specified date range.

The search retrieves tasks on components and attached sub-assemblies of the part #-serial # that fall due in the specified date range.

Maintenance Item

Use the drop-down list box to select an additional criterion associated with a task to retrieve tasks. The drop-down list box displays the following: Scheduled Items, Block Items, Non Block Items, Drop Out Items, Eng. Docs and Block Item and Non Block Item.

If you do not select any item, the search retrieves those component tasks that fall due in the specified date range.

From/To Date

The start and end dates of the date range for which you wish to retrieve maintenance information in the report.

By default, the system sets From Date to the current date and To Date to three months past From Date.

Note: However, if the process parameter “Range for defaulting 'To Date' from Current Date” is defined under the entity type Reports and entity Cmp. Maint. Due Report in the Define Process Entities activity; To date will be derived in the following way:

To Date = Current Date -  Value (of “Range for defaulting 'To Date' from Current Date” value”) * Term past From Date

Component #

The component for which you wish to view maintenance information in the report.

The search retrieves tasks that fall due in the specified date range on components and attached sub-assemblies of the component.

Task Attributes

Use the drop-down list box to select the attribute based on which you wish to retrieve tasks in the report. The drop-down list box displays the following: Task #, Task Type, Task Desc., Task Category, ATA #, Execution Phase and Work Area. In the next field, enter the value for the chosen task attribute.

The search retrieves those component tasks that hold the attribute you specify here.

Planner Group

Use the drop-down list box to select the planner group associated to which you wish to retrieve due maintenance tasks in the report. The drop-down list box displays all Active planner groups defined in Central Planning.

The search retrieves those tasks that are due in the specified date range on all components and attached sub-assemblies associated with the planner group.

Sort By

Use the drop-down list box to select the parameter that will determine the order in which the retrieved tasks are displayed in the report. The drop-down list box displays the following: Planned Date, ATA # and Schedule Date.

Planned Date

Tasks with planned date that falls due in the specified date range on all components and attached sub-assemblies.

ATA #

Tasks with ATA # those fall due in the specified date range on all components and attached sub-assemblies.

Scheduled Date

Tasks with scheduled date those fall due in the specified date range on all components and attached sub-assemblies.

Note: This field displays default value in accord with the process parameter, which is defined under the entity type Reports and entity Cmp. Maint. Due Report in the Define Process Entities activity.

ATA #

Execution Facility #

The execution facility at which the maintenance due is scheduled for execution.

The search retrieves those tasks that are due for execution on components in the specified date range

Maintenance Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of maintenance that must be retrieved in the report. The drop-down list box displays the following: Inspection, Repair, Overhaul, Retire and Others.

The search retrieves those tasks with the maintenance type that you selected here.

Program Item Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the program item type of tasks those must be retrieved in the report. The drop-down list box displays the following: Block, Base, Non-Block, To be Decided and As Required.

The search retrieves those tasks with the program item maintenance type that you selected here.

Rem. Value <=

The parameter value remaining for the next planned/scheduled maintenance task.

Use the adjacent drop-down list box to select the parameter. The drop-down list box displays the following: FH, EH, LC and APUH.

The search retrieves those tasks for which remaining parameter value is less than or equal to the value you specify here.

As Required

Select the check box to display those tasks that have “Prog. Item Type” as “As Required” from the component maintenance programs.

Overdue

Select the check box to retrieve those tasks with schedule dates earlier than the current system date.

By default, this box remains checked. However, you may deselect the box, if required.

Rem. Units & Due Date

Check this box to display values in the following columns in the report

  • Remaining (FH, FC, Days) and Due at Date

Note: By default, this check box remains selected. If you do not select the check box, the above columns do not display any values.
