Working with Component Removal Assessment Dashboard
Select the “Component Removal Dashboard” link under the “Reliability Analysis” business component.
The “Component Removal Assessment Dashboard” page appears.
Tiles tab
Click
the icon
to view the following tiles:
Low Time Removals: This tile displays the count of the components with the LTR? flag set to ‘Yes’.
No Fault Found: This tile displays the count of the components with the NFF? flag set to ‘Yes’.
User Defined entity tiles (MOR, IOR)
Restrictions: This tile displays the count of components that are mapped to restriction codes.
Overall Assessments: The count of component assessments.
Click on the required tile to view the removal records in the multiline.
Search tab
Click
the icon
to search and retrieve parts :
Key Code Search
Specify Component #, Part Group #, Part #, Part Description, Serial #, Ownership and / or Trading Partner in the Search field and then click on the Search pushbutton. You can use wild card to specify the attribute values.
Click the “Search” pushbutton.
The search retrieves parts / components with component #, part #, description, serial #, ownership and / or trading partner similar to the value specified in the Search box .
Data Display
Select the “Parts List” radio button to view details of parts from the watchlist.
Select the “Components List” radio button to view details of components from the watchlist.
The multiline displays the following details of the parts retrieved based on the filters in the key code search / Advanced search.
To add parts / serials to the watchlist, click the “Add Items to Watchlist” button to open the “Add Items to Watchlist” window.
Record Retrieval and Update
The multiline displays the following details of the parts retrieved based on the selected tiles in the Tiles tab / filters in the Key code search / Advanced search.
Note: Common tile information: The following details/columns are commonly displayed in the multiline for all the tiles in addition to the columns specific to the individual / selected tile.

Note: In the Restrictions tile, however the Model # and Model Type columns will not appear in the multiline.

The part included in the watchlist. |
Part Description |
The description of the part in the watchlist. |
Serial # |
The serial # of the part included in the watchlist. |
Mfr. Part # |
The manufacturer part # for the part. |
Part Group # |
The part group to which the part belongs. If a part is tagged to multiple groups, all the part groups will be displayed here separated by comma. |
In Stock? |
Indicates whether any free quantities of the part # - serial # are available in warehouses. |
Last Transaction |
The most recent Issue # / Stock Transfer # for the part / component. |
Ownership/Trading Partner |
Indicates the ownership of the component, such as Owned, Customer or Supplier. |
Component # |
The unique identifier of the component. Click on the data hyperlink to access the “Part –Serial Name Plate” window. |
Rule Referred |
The auto repair rule applicable of the component upon removal. |
LTR? |
Indicates whether part # is tagged under the LTR flag. |
NFF? |
Indicates whether part # is tagged under the NFF flag. |
NFF Level |
The NFF level of the NFF level for the part #, such as Level 0, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3. |
Reliability Notes |
Click the |
Latest Note |
The latest reliability notes recorded for the part # - serial # in the “Manage Reliability Notes” window. |
Latest Repair |
The execution document that was most recently generated against the part # - serial #. |
Repair Shop |
The repair agency to which the part # - serial # was sent for external repair against the repair order. |
Repair Status |
The status of the reliability note – Open or Closed. |
Repair History |
Click the icon to view the updated Work Completion and Teardown Report for the part with regards to the repair agency. The Work Completion and Teardown report will be updated in the following way:

The date on which the component was removed from the aircraft / NHA. |

The restriction code associated with the component. |

More information on the restrictions imposed on the component by the restriction code. |
Restriction Eff. from |
The start date of the period in which the restriction is effective on the component. |
Restriction Eff. to |
The end date of the period in which the restriction is effective on the component. |
The multiline displays the following details of parts included in the watchlist.
Assessment Mode? |
The mode of removal assessment of the part – On Removal or Manual. This field displays: § “On removal”, if the record was retrieved by the user-defined search. § “Manual”, if the record was added by means of the “Add Items to Watchlist” window. |
LLP? |
Indicates whether the part / component is a life limited part as defined in the Part Administration business component. |
Remain. Shelf Life |
The remaining shelf life ahead for the part #. |
Expiry Date |
The date by which the part / component becomes invalid for operations. |
MOD History |
Click the data hyperlink to open the “Manage Part Serial Mod Details' screen to view the MOD history for the part # / part # - serial # combination. |
Other Attributes |
The part type and part classification of the part / component. |
Last Updated By |
The login user who most recently modified the record. |
Last Updated Date & Time |
The date on and time at which the login user most recently modified the record. |

To remove parts from the watchlist, select the check box for the parts in the multiline and then click the “Remove from Watchlist” pushbutton.
