Fleet Operations Statistics Summary Report
This report displays information on operational statistics of a reliability report group.
Consolidated details of Flight Hours (FH), Flight Cycles (FC) and In Service Days are available at two levels, fleet and aircraft.
The months for which information is displayed is based on the Analysis Period attribute in the Set Options activity. For example, the March 2008 report with the Analysis Period set to ‘12’ would show data beginning April, 2007 to March, 2008.
Report input: You must select the month and year and, the reliability fleet for the report in the Generate Reliability Report page. For further information, see the “Generate Reliability Report” topic.
Report output: This report is an Excel sheet and consists of one work sheet. Two tables provide summary of operational statistics; first for each fleet in the reliability report group and the second for each active aircraft in the fleet.

Aircraft must be mapped to the reliability fleet in the Set up Reliability Fleet activity. The effective period of the mapping of the aircraft to the fleet must be valid for the reporting month.
The discrepancies must be recorded in the Discrepancy Processing business component.
The journey logs must be approved in the Flight Log component.
The Fleet Operational Statistics report shows the sum of PIREP discrepancies reported against all active aircraft in the fleet for each month of the specified month. The number of PIREP discrepancies reported against each aircraft is also provided in the report.
The PIREP type of discrepancies that satisfy the following conditions are considered for reporting,
The Status must not be Fresh, No Fault Found and Cancelled.
The ATA of the discrepancy must be flagged for reliability reporting in the Set ATA Reporting Levels page of the Setup Reliability Fleet activity.
The Reliability Analysis attribute of the discrepancy must be set to “Include” in the Analyze Discrepancy Details activity.
The discrepancy must occur during the reported month.
In service days refer to the number of unique days on which journey logs are created for an aircraft with “Flight Ops. Type” as “Regular”. Multiple journey logs created for an aircraft on the same day will be considered as a single In service day.
The Fleet Operational Statistics report shows the number of In service days for an active aircraft for each month in the specified period as well as sum of In service days for all the active aircraft in the fleet.
The Fleet Operational Statistics report shows the sum of departures for all active aircraft in the fleet as well as for individual aircraft.
The system checks the journey logs created for all aircraft in the fleet to arrive at the number of departures.
The journey logs that satisfy the following conditions are considered for the report,
The Status must “Approved”
The Flight Date must occur in the reporting month.
