Selecting quality audit report for modification
Select the “Edit Quality Audit Report” activity in the “Quality Audit” business component.
The "Select Quality Audit Report" page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
Select the “ Search Criteria” tab to find the quality audit report that you want to modify.
And / Or
Select the “Additional Search Criteria” tab to find the quality audit report that you want to modify.
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
Note: The system retrieves those Audit Report # records for which the login user's employee code has been identified as one of the following:
1. Auditor.
2. Chief Auditor as in the “Set Options” activity.
3. Approval Authority
4. User Name, or Recorded by.
The “Search Results” multiline displays the following for the quality audit report matching the specified search criteria.
Audit Report # |
The identification number of the audit report. |
Report Type |
The type of the audit report, such as Schedule, Adhoc and Direct. |
Audit Status |
The status of the audit report, such as Fresh, Initiated, Findings Recorded and Findings Confirmed. |
Checklist Based? |
Indicates whether the audit schedule is based on a checklist, which could be “Yes” or “No”. |
User Status |
The user status of the audit report. |
Audit Type |
The type of the audit report, such as Supplier, Employee, Station, Work Center, Warehouse and Others. |
Audit Entity |
The object of audit, such as Customer #, Supplier # and Employee #. |
Lead Auditor # |
The employee code of the auditor who leads the audit team. |
Auditing Agency |
The auditing agency, such as Internal, External, Audit Department and Regulatory Authority. |
Audit Category |
The category of the audit. |
Audit Schedule # |
The identification number of the audit schedule. |
Org. Unit |
The organization unit, where the audit is carried out. |
Primary Auditee # |
The employee code identifying the primary auditee. |
Entity Name |
The name / description of the entity. |
Operator Code |
The operator code of the maintenance operator. |
Select the check box for the audit record that you want to modify.
To proceed
Select the “Edit Audit Report” link to modify the selected audit report.
Select the “Record Audit Findings”link to record outcome of audit.
The “Select Quality Audit Report” page helps you to look for and find out the quality audit report that you want to modify. However, the report type of the audit must be scheduled or ad hoc.
Since the “Edit Quality Audit Report” activity can also be used to record audit results at the end of the audit, you can also use this page to select the audit report for which you want to record audit findings.
