Viewing non-conformance report details
Click the hyperlinked NCR # in the "Non-Conformance Details" tab of the "View Quality Audit Report Information" page.
The "View Non Conformance Report Details" page appears.
The system displays the following field fields:
Date Format |
The format in which the date and time fields must be entered. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
NCR # |
The identification number of the NCR. |
NC Status |
The status of the NC, such as Pending, Deferred and Closed. |
NC Category |
The category of the NC. |
NC User Status |
The user status of the NCR. |
NC Description |
The name / description of the NCR. |
Select the “Report and Reference Details” tab.
Select the “Analysis and Action Details" tab.
Select the “Closure and Follow-Up Details” tab.
The system displays the following field in the “Document Attachment Details” group box:
File Name |
The document associated with the NC. |
Select the “View NC Resolution History” link at the bottom of the page to view the NC resolution history.
