Recording Warranty Terms
This tab identifies the terms of Warranty offered like the Claim Remedy, Costs covered under warranty, Failed part disposition, etc. Once warranty terms are saved the agreement will go to Fresh status.

Applicability |
Check the following checkboxes to indicate the applicability of the costs that can be claimed under the MRO Warranty Agreement.

Warranty Transfer for Repl. Part |
Use the drop-down list box to specify whether the warranty is transferable for replacement part during customer part exchanges which could be either "Yes" or "No“. |
Failed Part Disposition |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the failed part disposition. The system lists the values “Hold”, “Return”, “Scrap” along with a blank value. The system displays the blank value, by default. |
Notify Failure within (Days) |
The days or months before which the failure must be notified. |
Claim Remedy |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the claim remedy. The system lists the values “Part Replacement”, “Credit Request”, “Repair” and “All” along with a blank value. The system displays the blank value, by default. |
Insurance borne by |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the one who borne the insurance. The system lists the values “MRO” and “Customer” along with a blank value. The system displays the blank value, by default. |
Max. # of Annual Claim |
The maximum number of claims that will be offered under the selected warranty agreement in a given year. |
Max. Value of Annual Claim |
The maximum value of the claim that will be offered under the selected warranty agreement in a given year. |

The general terms regarding the MRO Warranty Agreement. |
Additional Terms |
Any additional terms regarding the MRO Warranty Agreement. |
Notes |
Any textual notes regarding the warranty terms. |

Select the “Part Details” tab page to specify the Parts covered under the Warranty Agreement.
Select the “Warranty Details” tab page to specify the combination of the Part – Customer Account attributes covered under the Warranty Agreement.
Select the “Aircraft Details” tab page to map the Aircrafts covered under the MRO Warranty Agreement.
Select the “Customer Details” tab page to map the customers for whom the MRO Warranty Agreement is applicable.
Select the “Other Details” tab page to define the general inclusion and/or exclusion terms against an MRO Warranty Agreement.
Select the “Back Billing Details” tab page to define the back billing information against an MRO Warranty Agreement.
