Setting Options in Aircraft Reliability – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to set default options for the various fields in the activities of the “Aircraft Reliability” business component. You can set the following options in this activity:

• specify the number of months for calculating the moving average period 1 and 2 of dispatch reliability.

• specify the confidence limit 1 and 2 for calculating the First and Second Upper Confidence Limit for Pilot Report Analysis.

• set the delay duration of for the fleet in minutes.

• set the cancellation duration in minutes for the fleet.

•  Set the default report action

You must specify a default value for all the fields. Once the options are set, they can be modified till the data is posted from Aircraft History to Aircraft Reliability by running the upload utility provided by Reliability Set Up business component. The system updates the details and sets the “Last Modified By” and “Last Modified Date” to the name of the currently logged in user and the current server date, respectively.
