In this page, you can select a fleet campaign directive to view its details. Tell me more.

The “Select Fleet Campaign Directive” page appears.

FCD #

The number identifying the FCD that you wish to view (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the FCD numbers that are similar to the number entered here.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the FCD to be viewed. The system provides the following options:

 
  • Fresh – Select this option to view the details of the FCDs, which are in “Fresh” status.

 
  • Cancelled - Select this option to view the details of the FCDs which are in “Cancelled” status.

 
  • Released - Select this option to view the details of the FCDs which are in “Released” status.

 
  • Closed - Select this option to view the details of the FCD s which are in “Closed” status.

 

The system retrieves all the FCD numbers that are in the status specified here. Leave this field blank, if you wish to retrieve details of FCD irrespective of their status. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Subject

The textual description of the FCD that you wish to view (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character (Alphanumeric, 150). The system lists all the FCDs whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here.

Zoom facility available.

User Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the user-defined status of the FCD. The system retrieves all the FCD numbers that are in the user status specified here. Leave this field blank, if you wish to retrieve details of FCD irrespective of their user status. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Applicability

Use the drop-down list box to specify the applicability of the FCD to be viewed. The FCD could be applicable for “Aircraft”, “Component” or “Engine”. Leave this field blank, if you wish to retrieve details of FCD irrespective of their applicability. The system leaves this field blank by default.

ATA #

The ATA chapter on which a particular FCD was assigned to get executed (Alphanumeric, 16).  You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the FCD numbers containing ATA chapter number similar to the value entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all the FCDs irrespective of the ATA chapter number.

MCR #

The maintenance change request against which the FCD is created (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the FCDs with the MCR number entered here.

Revision #

The revision number of the maintenance change request (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the FCDs associated with the revision number entered here.

Aircraft Reg #

The registration number of the aircraft (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the FCDs applicable to the aircraft registration number entered here.

Aircraft Model #

The number identifying the aircraft model (Alphanumeric, 20). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the FCDs applicable to the aircraft model specified here.

Part #

The number identifying the part on which the FCD must be executed. (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the FCDs executed on the part specified here.

Component #

The number identifying the component on which the FCD must be executed (Alphanumeric, 90). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the FCDs executed on the component specified here.

Get only Assigned Records

Check this box if you wish to retrieve only those fleet campaign directives that are assigned to the currently logged in user.

The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

FCD #

The number identifying the FCD.

Applicability

Indicates whether the FCD is applicable for “Aircraft”, “Component” or “Engine”.

Status

The status of the FCD, which could be “Fresh”, “Cancelled”, “Released” or “Closed”.

User Status

The user-defined status of the FCD.

Authorization Status

The authorization status of the FCD which could be one of the following:

 
  • Pending – indicates that the FCD is yet to be authorized.

 
  • Authorization Not Required – indicates that the authorization of the FCD is not mandatory.

MCR #

The number identifying the maintenance change request based on which the FCD is created.

Revision #

The revision number of the maintenance change request.

ATA #

The ATA chapter on which the FCD must be executed.

FCD Category

The category to which the FCD belongs.

Subject

The textual description of the FCD.

The system displays the following fields in the “Employee Details” group box:

Employee #

The code identifying the currently logged in employee.

Employee Name

The name of the currently logged in employee.

Selecting FCD for viewing details – An overview

In this page, you can select a fleet campaign directive to view its details. You can carry out a search for the FCD based on the FCD number, status, description, user status, FCD applicability and the ATA chapter number. You can retrieve the fleet campaign directives that are in the “Fresh”, “Cancelled”, “Released” or “Closed” status. You are also provided with the option of retrieving only those fleet campaign directives that have been assigned to the login user.

Details such as the FCD number, applicability, status, user status, authorization status, MCR #, Revision # ,ATA chapter number, FCD category and the Subject of the fleet campaign directive are displayed in the multiline.
