This page allows you to view the details of the fleet campaign directive that is already created. Tell me more.

The “View Fleet Campaign Directive” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields appear in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following fields: in the FCD Details group box

FCD #

The number identifying the FCD for which the details are displayed.

Status

The status of the FCD, which could be “Fresh”, ”Cancelled”, “Released” or “Closed”.

 
  • Fresh - when the FCD is created in the "Create FCD" or "Create Change Request Based FCD" activity.

 
  • Cancelled - when the FCD is cancelled in the "Edit FCD" activity.

 
  • Released - when the FCD is released in the "Release Engineering Document" activity.

 
  • Closed - when the FCD is closed in the "Close Engineering Document" activity.

FCD Category

The category to which the FCD belongs.

User Status

The user-defined status of the FCD.

Subject

The textual description of the FCD.

Zoom facility available.

ATA #

The ATA chapter on which the FCD must be executed.

The system displays the following fields in the “Other Details” group box:

Applicability

Indicates whether the FCD is applicable for “Aircraft”, “Component” or “Engine”.

Priority

The priority assigned to the FCD.

Background

The textual description of the conditions that led to the creation of FCD.

Reason

The textual information illustrating the reason for which the FCD is created.

The system displays the following fields in the “FCD Execution Details” group box:

Work Center #

The work center where the FCD must be executed.

Work Center Description

The textual description of the work center.

Zoom facility available.

Est. Elapsed Time

The total time estimated for completing the FCD.

Est. Man Hrs.

The total man-hours estimated for “Skill” type of resources to complete the FCD.

On-Wing

If this box appears checked, it indicates that the change can be performed when the part is fitted to the aircraft.

Follow - Up Action

If this box appears checked, it indicates that follow-up action is required after performing the FCD.

The system displays the following fields in the “Reference Document Details” group box:

MCM #

The number identifying the Modification Committee Meeting (MCM) that processed the FCD.

MCM Date

The date on which the MCM was conducted.

MCR #

The number identifying the maintenance change request.

Revision #

The revision number of the MCR.

Applicability Group #

The number identifying the applicability group for which the MCR is applicable.

Source Doc Type

The type of the modification document or the source document.

The system displays the following field in the “Document Attachments Details” group box:

File Name

The name of the file that contains the FCD details.

The system displays the following in the “Comments” group box:

Cancellation comments

Any comment pertaining to the cancellation of fleet campaign directive.

Zoom facility available

Release Comments

Any comments pertaining to the release of fleet campaign directive.

Zoom facility available

Closing comments

Any comments pertaining to the closure of fleet campaign directive.

The system displays the following field:

Link Info

Indicates whether aircraft effectivity details, part effectivity details, part requirement, resource requirement, reference details, or periodicity details are entered for the FCD. The system displays one or more of the following:

 
  • AcEff - if aircraft effectivity details are available

 
  • PartEff – if part effectivity details are available

 
  • Tsk – if task details have been entered

 
  • P – if part requirements are specified

 
  • R - if resource requirements are specified

 
  • Ref – if reference details are available

 
  • Prd – if periodicity details are available

If more than one of the above details are identified for the FCD, the variables will be separated by “\”.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The name of the user who created the FCD.

Created Date

The date on which the FCD was created.

Last Modified By

The name of the user who last modified the FCD.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the FCD was last modified.

Release Date

The date on which the FCD was released.

Released By

Viewing FCD details – An overview

This page allows you to view the details of the fleet campaign directive that is already created. Details such as FCD number, status, FCD category, user status, description of the FCD and the ATA chapter on which the FCD was assigned to get executed, are displayed. The FCD applicability, priority assigned to the FCD, background information and the reason for FCD creation are also displayed.

You can view the FCD execution details such as the work center in which the FCD will be executed, its description and the total time and man-hours estimated for FCD execution. The system indicates whether:

The reference document details such as the modification committee meeting (MCM) number, the date on which the meeting was conducted, the MCR number, the revision number of the MCR and the source document type are displayed.

The system also displays the details of the files attached to the FCD. The files can be the documents that are related with the FCD.
