The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields appear in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following fields: in the FCD Details group box
FCD # |
The number identifying the FCD for which the details are displayed. |
Status |
The status of the FCD, which could be “Fresh”, ”Cancelled”, “Released” or “Closed”. |

The user-defined status of the FCD. |
Subject |

Indicates whether the FCD is applicable for “Aircraft”, “Component” or “Engine”. |
Priority |
The priority assigned to the FCD. |
Background |
The textual description of the conditions that led to the creation of FCD. |
Reason |
The textual information illustrating the reason for which the FCD is created. |
The system displays the following fields in the “FCD Execution Details” group box:
Work Center # |
The work center where the FCD must be executed. |
Work Center Description |
The textual description of the work center. Zoom facility available. |
Est. Elapsed Time |
The total time estimated for completing the FCD. |
Est. Man Hrs. |
The total man-hours estimated for “Skill” type of resources to complete the FCD. |
On-Wing |
If this box appears checked, it indicates that the change can be performed when the part is fitted to the aircraft. |
Follow - Up Action |
If this box appears checked, it indicates that follow-up action is required after performing the FCD. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Reference Document Details” group box:
MCM # |
The number identifying the Modification Committee Meeting (MCM) that processed the FCD. |
MCM Date |
The date on which the MCM was conducted. |
MCR # |
The number identifying the maintenance change request. |
Revision # |
The revision number of the MCR. |
Applicability Group # |
The number identifying the applicability group for which the MCR is applicable. |
Source Doc Type |
The type of the modification document or the source document. |
The system displays the following field in the “Document Attachments Details” group box:
File Name |
The name of the file that contains the FCD details. |

Cancellation comments |
Any comment pertaining to the cancellation of fleet campaign directive. Zoom facility available |
Release Comments |
Any comments pertaining to the release of fleet campaign directive. Zoom facility available |

To proceed, carry out the following:
Select the “View Aircraft Effectivity” link at the bottom of the page to view the aircraft effectivity details for the FCD.
Select the “View Part Effectivity” link at the bottom of the page to view the part effectivity details of the FCD.
Select the “View Task Information” link at the bottom of the page to view the details of the tasks to be performed for FCD execution.
Select the “View Parts Requirements” link at the bottom of the page to view the parts that are required for executing the FCD.
Select the “View Resource Requirements” link at the bottom of the page to view the resources that are required for executing the FCD.
Select the “View Reference Information” link at the bottom of the page to view the reference documents that are needed for executing the FCD.
Select the “View Schedules Information” link at the bottom of the page to view the schedule information for the FCD.
Select the “View Notes” link at the bottom of the page to view the notes entered for the FCD.

Viewing FCD details – An overview
This page allows you to view the details of the fleet campaign directive that is already created. Details such as FCD number, status, FCD category, user status, description of the FCD and the ATA chapter on which the FCD was assigned to get executed, are displayed. The FCD applicability, priority assigned to the FCD, background information and the reason for FCD creation are also displayed.
You can view the FCD execution details such as the work center in which the FCD will be executed, its description and the total time and man-hours estimated for FCD execution. The system indicates whether:
the change can be performed when the part is fitted to the aircraft,
the follow-up action after FCD execution is required
The reference document details such as the modification committee meeting (MCM) number, the date on which the meeting was conducted, the MCR number, the revision number of the MCR and the source document type are displayed.
The system also displays the details of the files attached to the FCD. The files can be the documents that are related with the FCD.
