Entering aircraft effectivity details for FCD

This page allows you to specify the aircrafts, for which the FCD is applicable. Tell me more.
Select the “Edit Aircraft Effectivity” link at the bottom of the “Create Fleet Campaign Directive” or “Edit Fleet Campaign Directive” page.
The “Edit Aircraft Effectivity” page appears.
The system displays the following fields in the "FCD Details" group box:

The FCD for which the aircraft effectivity details must be entered. |

The textual description of the FCD. Zoom facility available. |
Note: The system displays the details of the aircraft that are already associated with the FCD.
Enter the following field in the “Aircraft Effectivity” multiline:

Aircraft Reg # |
The aircraft registration number for which the FCD is applicable (Alphanumeric, 30). Mandatory. The aircraft registration number must have already been defined in the “Create Aircraft Record” activity of the “Aircraft” business component, and the status of the aircraft registration number should be “Active”. Ensure that the aircraft registration number is unique in the multiline. Help facility available. |
Note: The system displays an error message, if an already associated aircraft registration number is modified. To delete associated aircrafts, check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline and click the "Delete" button.
If more than one FCD is created from the same MCR, and the FCDs are not in “Cancelled” status, and the “Allow Duplicate FCD on the same effectivity” field is set to “No” in the "Edit Option Settings" activity, the aircraft registration number cannot be referred in more than one FCD.

Variable Tab # |
The tab number of the aircraft (Integer). The number entered here must be a valid tab number for the aircraft registration number defined in the “Create Aircraft Record” activity of the “Aircraft” business component. Help facility available |

Manufacturer Serial # |
The serial number of the aircraft manufacturer (Alphanumeric, 40). The number entered here must be a valid serial number for the aircraft registration number defined in the “Create Aircraft Record” activity of the “Aircraft” business component. Help facility available |

Nose # |
The tail number of the aircraft (Alphanumeric, 30). The number entered here must be a valid tail number for the aircraft registration number defined in the “Create Aircraft Record” activity of the “Aircraft” business component. Help facility available |
The system displays the following field:

Aircraft Model # |
The model number to which the aircraft belongs. |
Note: Ensure that atleast one aircraft is entered in the multiline.
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline, to mark the aircraft for deletion.
Click the “Delete” pushbutton, to delete the aircraft selected in the multiline.
Click the “Edit Effectivity” pushbutton, to update the aircraft effectivity details.
The system calculates and updates the compliance date for the newly added entity as the earliest date among the schedule dates computed for the date based and usage based work units.
To proceed, carry out the following:
Select the “Prepare Aircraft Mod Plan” link to enter the aircraft schedule details in aircraft modification plan.
Entering aircraft effectivity details for FCD – An overview
In this page, you can specify the aircrafts, for which the FCD is applicable. The system displays the details of the aircraft that are already associated to the FCD. You can add aircraft registration numbers or delete existing details in this page. You can specify the registration number, tab number, serial number of the manufacturer and the tail number of the aircraft:
The system updates the aircraft effectivity details and stores the name of the currently logged in user and the server date.

You can specify the aircrafts for which the FCD is applicable. You can enter the aircraft registration number, variable tab number, manufacturer serial number and the nose number of the aircraft. You can also modify the details of the aircraft that are already associated to the FCD.
Enter the details in the “Aircraft Effectivity” multiline, to specify the aircrafts for which the FCD is applicable.
