Initializing engineering document schedule details
This page allows you to modify the Schedule Date of the engineering document for the aircraft. Tell me more.
Select the “Initialize Eng. Doc. Schedules” link at the bottom of the “Select Engineering Document” page.
The “Initialize Eng. Doc. Schedules” page appears.
Note: The system ensures the following before launching the page:

The Eng. Doc # and Revision # combination must be valid.
In the case of engineering documents with MCR reference, the system checks if the “Assignments Mandatory?” value is set to "Yes" in the “Set Options” activity. If the value is set to “Yes”, the system checks whether the Eng. Doc # and Revision # combination have been assigned/ mapped to the employee to launch the “Initialize Eng. Doc. Schedules” page.
The engineering document must be of “Fresh” status.
The “Schedule Type” of the engineering document must be either “One Time” or “Recurring”.
Atleast one of the following entities must have been defined:
Aircraft Reg # must have been defined if the Effectivity is “Aircraft”

Entering aircraft schedule details in aircraft modification plan – An overview
In this page, you can modify the Schedule Date of the engineering document for the aircraft. The system lists the aircraft for which the engineering document is applicable, in the multiline. You can modify the user status of the engineering document. The system automatically defaults the compliance date as the schedule Date on which the engineering document has to be executed against each aircraft displayed in the multiline. If you wish to execute the engineering document for the aircraft before the system-generated Schedule date, you can specify the schedule date against each aircraft.
