Update Eng. Doc Effectivity – A summary of the activity
Aircraft & Components are subjected to numerous engineering changes during its operation life. Tracking the applicability and compliance of these engineering changes at each aircraft and components is of paramount importance.
‘Update Eng. Doc Effectivity’ business activity enables you to:
a) Update the applicable engineering documents on induction of aircraft or component
b) Update the compliance status of each MOD on induction of aircraft or component
Update the reasons for Non-Execution of certain engineering documents while inducting aircraft or component

(ii) To record compliance of task(s) on an aircraft/ component.
Use the “Initialize Maint. Prog. & Update Compliance” page to update the maintenance schedules or record compliance detals.

To process the change requests for compliance
The main purposes of this activity are:
(i) Record the modification committee feedback on the change requests
(ii) Process the change requests for compliance on aircraft/ component
Use the “Process Change Request” page, to process the change requests.
To select and view tasks details on executing an engineering document
To view the details of the tasks that must be performed while executing the engineering document
Use the “View Eng. Doc. Task Detail” page to view details of engineering documents already created.
