Select the “Approvals” tab.
Enter the following details of approvals required for the impact assessment document.

The date on which the Engineering approval was confirmed for the impact assessment. |

The Customer Quote Approval status of the impact assessment. |
Cust. Quote Approval Date |
The date on which the Customer Quote approval was confirmed for the impact assessment. |

The value of customer quotation for the engineering change. |

Select the “Record Approval” pushbutton to save the approval details.
An Impact Assessment document will be deemed ‘Approved’ only if all the following fields are set as ‘Approved’ for all the rows in the multiline:
Cust. Quote Approval Status
Internal Approval Status
Engg. Approval Status
However, if any of the above fields in any of the rows is not approved, the status of the document is set as “Partially Approved”.
Note: Any comments recorded in the associated MCR will be inherited by the impact assessment. Similarly, all comments saved in the Impact assessment will be copied to the associated MCR.
