Recording Assess Contract Impact tab
Select the “Assess Contract Impact” tab.
Enter the following details in the multiline required for assessing impact on contracts.

The customer reference for the contract. |
Status |
The status of the impact assessment document – Fresh, Confirmed or Cancelled. |
Part # |
The part impacted by the engineering change. |
Part Description |
The description of the part impacted by the engineering change. |
Customer # |
The customer that owns the part impacted by the engineering change. |
Contract # |
The contract with the customer against which the component has bee |
Sale Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the sale type of the contract. The drop-down list box displays the Active entities defined under the entity “Sale Type” in the Define Process entities activity of Common Master. |
Note: The combination of Part #, Customer #, Contract # and Sale Type must be unique for the impact assessment record. |

The aircraft from which the component was removed in the component removal transaction. |
Rem. from A/C Model # |
The model of the aircraft from which the component was removed in the component removal transaction. |
Contracted No. of A/C |
The number of aircraft contracted for operations as per the contract. |
Contracted A/C |
Indicates whether the contracted aircraft is impacted by the MCR. |
Impacted A/C |
The aircraft under contract that is impacted by the MCR. |
Part Effectivity Ref. |
The part effectivity code for the customer with reference to the Part - Customer Contract - Sale Type combination. |
Sys. QPA |
The system QPA for the part owned by the customer as recorded in the Manage Customer RSPL screen. |

Schedule Disposition Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the scheduled disposition for the component upon removal. The drop-down list box displays the Active values defined under the entity type "Scheduled Disposition Code" and the entity “All User Defined Entities* in the “Define Process Entities” activity of Engineering Document. |

MCR Remarks |
The MCR remarks recorded in the Advanced Part Effectivity definition of the MCR for the part. |

Internal Approval Req. |
Indicates whether internal approval is mandatory for the impact assessment document. |

Indicates whether engineering approval is mandatory for the impact assessment document. |
Cust. Quote Req. |
Indicates whether quotation form the customer is required for the execution of the engineering change on the customer-owned components. |
User Defined 1 |

Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details.
Note: You cannot create or amend an Impact Assessment document associated with an engineering order that has been already been released.
Select the “Get Impacted Contracts” link to search for contracts affected by the MCR.
The “Help on Impacted Contracts” page appears.
Note: Only the contracts with the sale type for which the process parameter “Applicable for Engineering Impact Assessment” under the entity type “Service Sale Type” is set as 1 for Yes will be retrieved by the search in the “Help on Impacted Contracts” page.
