The “View Engineering Order Compliance Information” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Eng. Doc. Details” group box:

Eng. Doc #

The engineering document selected in the previous page, for which the compliance information is displayed.

Revision #

The revision number of the engineering document.

Subject

The textual description of the engineering document.

Schedule Type

The schedule type for the engineering document compliance. The system displays one of the following:

 
  • One Time – indicates that the engineering document must be executed only once.

 
  • Repetitive – indicates that the engineering document must be executed at repeated intervals.

The system displays the following fields in the “Compliance Details” multiline:

Aircraft Model #

The number identifying the aircraft model.

Aircraft Reg #

The registration number of the aircraft.

Manufacturer Serial #

The MSN or the manufacturer’s serial number given to the aircraft by the manufacturer at the time of production.

Note: The system displays the above fields, if the applicability of the engineering document is “Aircraft”.

Part #

The number identifying the part for which the engineering document is applicable. If the engineering document is executed on a component, then this field contains the part number to which the component belongs.

Serial #

The serial number of the component for which the engineering document is applicable.

Compliance Status

The status of engineering document compliance

Execution Mode

The mode of engineering document execution, which would be “Hangar Work Order”, “Component Work Order” or “Line Work Order”.

Execution Order #

The number identifying the execution order. The execution order can be a ‘Hangar Work Order’, ‘Component Work Order’ or ‘Line Work Order’.

Execution Location

The organizational unit in which the execution order is executed.

Completion Date

The date on which the engineering document is completed. This date is the “Actual End Date” of the work order raised against the engineering document and the corresponding revision number.

Remarks

Viewing engineering document compliance details – An overview

View Engineering Order - A summary of the activity

This page allows you to view the compliance details of the engineering document. You can view the details of the engineering document applicable for “Aircraft”, “Component” or “Engine”. The system displays the aircraft make, variable tab number for the aircraft for which the engineering document is applicable. If the engineering document applicability is “Engine” or “Component”, the system displays the part number and part serial number. The execution mode of the engineering document, the execution order number, location and engineering document completion date are also displayed in the multiline.
