The “'Track MOD Compliance for Customer Contracts” page appears.

Doc. Reference

Use the drop-down list box to select the reference type of the MOD compliance records that you wish to retrieve. The drop-down list box displays the following:

§      Impact Assessment #

§      MCR #

§      Ext. Ref. #     

Enter the document identifier in the input box located next. The search retrieves those MOD compliance records that hold the reference of the document you specify here.

To retrieve specific part impacted by the engineering documents, enter the part #.

To retrieve contracts impacted by engineering documents associated with specific customer, specify customer #.

Date Reference

To retrieve impacted customer contracts based on specific date, select the date from the drop-down list box. The drop-down list box displays the following:

§      Eng. Order Release date

§      Compl. Initiated date

§      Cust. Approval Date         

Enter the start and end dates in the input boxes located next.       

Sch. Disposition

To retrieve impacted parts based on scheduled disposition, select the disposition code from the drop-down list box. The drop-down list box displays the dispositions defined under the entity type Schedule Disposition Code from Define process Entities activity of Common Master.

Contract #

To retrieve specific contracts impacted by the engineering documents, specify the contract #.

MOD Reference

To retrieve impacted parts based on MOD reference, select the MOD reference from the drop-down list box. The drop-down list box displays the following:

§      Eng. MOD #

§      MCR Subject 

Enter the MOD reference in the input box available next.

Status

To retrieve the MOD compliance records based on specific status, select the status from the drop-down list box. The drop-list box displays the following:

§      Yet to be initiated

§      Planned

§      In-progress

§      Completed

Customer Level Compliance

Select this check box to retrieve components solely from customer contracts impacted by the engineering document on which the MOD task has to be executed.

Overall Compliance

Select this check box to retrieve entire components impacted by the engineering document on which the MOD task has to be executed.

By default, this check box remains selected.

On launch of the page, auto-search is invoked and the results are displayed in the “MOD Compliance” multiline, by default. The multiline displays customer approved records from the impact assessments of all the released engineering orders. However, retrieval of MOD compliance records is based on the parameter " Track component issue for MOD Compliance based on” define in the Set Options activity of Engineering Document.

 Eng. Doc. #

The engineering document associated with the approved impact assessment associated with the customer #-contract # combination.

Impact Assessment #

The impact assessment document associated with the engineering document.

Part #

The part that is impacted by the engineering document.

Part Description

The description of the part.

Aircraft Model #

The aircraft model impacted by the engineering document.

Customer #

The customer of the contract impacted by the engineering document.

Contract #

The contract impacted by the engineering document.

Sch. Disposition

The scheduled disposition of the part impacted by the engineering document.

Approved Qty.

The quantity of the impacted part approved for engineering document compliance.

Issued Qty.

The quantity of the impacted part issued for execution of the engineering document.

Pending Qty.

The difference in the approved quantity and the complied quantity of the impacted part.

Received Qty.

The quantity of the impacted part received from the customer on which the execution of the MOD task has not yet commenced.

In-Repair Qty.

The quantity of the impacted part on which the execution of the MOD task from the engineering order is in-progress.

Complied Qty.

The quantity of the impacted part on which the MOD task from the engineering order has already been complied.

Agreed/Billable Qty.

The quantity of the impacted part against which invoices have been generated for compliance.

Billed Qty.

Click the data hyperlink to open the “Qty. Reference details” popup.

Compliance Status

The compliance status of the MOD compliance record.

Yet to be Initiated: If the record has not yet been released for compliance of the MOD task

Planned: If the record has been released for compliance of the MOD task

In-Progress: If the record has any quantities of the part issued, in-repair or complied for the MOD task

Completed: if the sum of Issued Qty and Complied Qty is equal to Approved Qty and; Billed Qty is equal to Agreed Billable Qty as stated in the Impact Assessment document.

MOD Governance Period

The time duration for the compliance of the MOD task on the impacted part.

Qty. Agreed per month

The quantity of the impacted part on which the MOD task must be executed / complied.

Addl. Remarks

Additional details of MOD compliance.

Any remarks on the compliance of MOD

User Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the user status for the MOD compliance record.

The “MOD Compliance” multiline displays the following details of the retrieved engineering documents.

EO Reference Date

The EO release date.

Cust. Ref. #

The customer reference number from the impact assessment document associated with the engineering document.

Cust. Approval Ref.

The customer approval reference from the impact assessment document associated with the engineering document.

Approved Date

The Cust. Quote Approval date as recorded in the impact assessment document.

Contract Sale Type

The service sale type of the contract.    

Compliance Initiated Date

The date on which the compliance program for the MOD task was initiated on the impacted part.

MCR #

The MCR # that has impacted the customer contract; MCR that is effective for the part.

MCR Subject

The purpose of the MCR.

Eng. Task #

The task from the engineering document applicable for the part.

Eng. MOD Info.

The MOD # associated with the task from the engineering document applicable for the part.

User Defined 1

Use the drop-down list box to select the user defined value for the MOD compliance record.

User Defined 2

Use the drop-down list box to select the user defined value for the MOD compliance record.

4 The instance date is set as 'Compliance Initiated date'

Note: The “Initiate Compliance Program” is not checked for records that are in the Planned, In-progress or Completed status.

The status of the record becomes “Force Closed”.
