Create Time Zone – A summary of the activity

The “Create Time Zone” activity enables you to create different time zones across the globe with UTC (Universal Time Coordinated) as the reference time. You can identify each time zone with a unique number and description. This activity also helps you to specify the time difference, in hours or  minutes, for each time zone with reference to the UTC. The system creates the time zone in “Active” status. The time zones are later associated with stations to identify the time zone to which the station belongs.
