Viewing analysis and sub analysis code

This page allows you to view the details of the analysis and sub-analysis codes. You can carry out a search by specifying the range of analysis codes and sub-analysis codes that you want to retrieve. The system retrieves the details based on the search criteria entered. You can view all the details of the analysis and sub-analysis code along with the date range during which they have been assigned to an account code.

Select the “View Analysis Code” link under the “Account Based Budget” business component.

The “View Analysis and SubAnalysis Code” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the combination of analysis and sub-analysis codes for which you want to view details.

Analysis Code From	The starting code in the range of analysis codes that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 5). You can enter the code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the analysis codes that are similar to the value entered here.
	If this field is left blank and the “To” field is entered, then the system retrieves all the analysis codes till the analysis code specified in the “To” field.
To	The ending code in the range of analysis codes that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 5). You can enter the code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the analysis codes that are similar to the value entered here. The code entered here must be after the code entered in the “Analysis Code From” field.
	If this field is left blank and the “Analysis Code From” field entered, then the system retrieves all the analysis codes starting from the code specified in the “Analysis Code From” field.
Account Code	The code identifying the account to which the analysis and the sub-analysis codes have been assigned (Alphanumeric, 32).

Sub Analysis Code From	The starting code in the range of sub-analysis codes that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 5). You can enter the code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the sub-analysis codes that are similar to the value entered here.
	If this field is left blank and the “To” field is entered, then the system retrieves all the sub-analysis codes till the code specified in the “To” field.
To	The ending code in the range of sub-analysis codes that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 5). You can enter the code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the sub-analysis codes that are similar to the value entered here. The code entered here must be after the code entered in the “Sub Analysis Code From” field.
	If this field is left blank and the “Sub Analysis Code From” field is entered, then the system retrieves all the analysis codes from the number specified in the “Sub Analysis Code From” field.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the analysis / sub-analysis code combination that you want to retrieve. You can select from “Active”, "All" or “Inactive”. The system displays “Active” by default on launch of the page.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.

The system displays the following in the “Analysis Details” multiline:

Analysis Code	The code identifying the analysis.
Description	The description of the analysis code.
Sub Analysis Code	The code identifying the sub-analysis
Description	The description of the sub-analysis code
Effective Date From	The date from which the analysis and the sub-analysis code combination is valid
Effective Date To	The date till which the analysis and the sub-analysis code combination is valid.
Account code	The code identifying the account to which the analysis code is mapped.
Status	The status of the analysis and sub-analysis code combination.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View Analysis Code” link at the bottom of the page to view the analysis code details.
Select the “View SubAnalysis Code” link at the bottom of the page to view the sub analysis code details.
