Viewing sub-analysis code details
This page allows you to view the details of sub-analysis codes. You can carry out a search to retrieve the sub-analysis codes that you want to retrieve. The system retrieves the details of the sub-analysis codes based on the search criteria entered.
Select the “View SubAnalysis Code” link at the bottom of the “View Analysis and SubAnalysis Code” page.
The “View SubAnalysis Code” page appears.
Note: This page can also be invoked from the "view Analysis Code" page.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the sub analysis code for viewing.
Sub Analysis Code From |
The starting code in the range of sub-analysis codes that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 5). You can enter the code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the sub-analysis codes that are similar to the value entered here. |
If this field is left blank and the “To” field is entered, then the system retrieves all the sub-analysis codes till the code specified in the “To” field. |

The ending code in the range of sub-analysis codes that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 5). You can enter the code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the sub-analysis codes that are similar to the value entered here. The code entered here must be after the code entered in the “Sub Analysis Code From” field. |
If this field is left blank and the “Sub Analysis Code From” field is entered, then the system retrieves all the analysis codes starting from the code specified in the “Sub Analysis Code From” field. |

Description |
The description of the sub-analysis code (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using ‘*’ characters. The system retrieves all the sub-analysis code whose description is similar to the value entered here. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list to select the status of the sub-analysis code for which you want to view details. You can select from “All”, “Active” or “Inactive”. The system displays “Active” by default on launch of the page. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Analysis Details” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

The code identifying the sub analysis. |
Description |
The textual description pertaining to the sub analysis code. |
Status |
The status of the sub-analysis code. It could be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
