This page allows you to create sub-analysis codes. You can enter a unique code identifying the sub-analysis and also a description for it. The system saves the details of the sub-analysis code and updates the status of the codes as “Active”. The system also stores the login ID of the user and the system date along with the newly created sub-analysis code details.
Select the “Create SubAnalysis Code” link at the bottom of the “Create Analysis Code” page.
The “Create SubAnalysis Code” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Analysis Details” multiline to define sub analysis details

A unique code identifying the sub analysis (Alphanumeric, 5). Mandatory. For example, for an analysis code “Domestic Travel” you can create “Hotel Expenses” and “Conveyance Expenses” as sub-analysis codes. |

Click the “Create Subanalysis Code” pushbutton create the sub-analysis code.
