This page allows you to view the details of analysis codes. You can carry out a search to retrieve the analysis codes for which you want to retrieve details. The system retrieves the details of analysis codes based on the search criteria entered.
Select the “View Analysis Code” link at the bottom of the “View Analysis and SubAnalysis Code” page.
The “View Analysis Code” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the analysis code for which you want to view details:

Analysis Code From |
The starting code in the range of analysis codes that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 5). You can enter the code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the analysis codes that are similar to the value entered here. If this field is left blank and the “To” field is entered, then the system retrieves all the analysis codes till the code specified in the “To” field |

The ending code in the range of analysis codes that you want to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 5). You can enter the code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the analysis codes that are similar to the value entered here. The code entered here must be after the code entered in the “Analysis Code From” field. |

If this field is left blank and the “Analysis Code From” field is entered, then the system retrieves all the analysis codes from the code specified in the “Analysis Code From” field. |

Description |
The description of the analysis code (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using ‘*’ characters. The system retrieves all the analysis codes that have descriptions similar to the value entered here. |

Effective Date From |
The starting date in the date range during which the analysis code is valid (Date Format). The date entered in this field must be before the date entered in the “Effective Date To” field. |

Effective Date To |
The ending date in the date range till which the analysis codes is valid (Date Format). The date entered in this field must be after the date entered in the “Effective Date From” field. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list to select the status of the analysis code for which you want to view details. You can select from “Active”, "All" or “Inactive”. The system displays the “Active” by default on launch of this page. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system retrieves and displays the following in the “Analysis Details” multiline:

Analysis Code |
The code identifying the analysis. |

Description |
The description of the analysis code. |
|
Reporting Cost Center |
Indicates whether the analysis code must behave as a reporting cost center. If this field is left blank, the system creates only analysis code. |

Effective Date From |
The date from which the analysis code is effective. |
|
Effective Date To |
The date till which the analysis code is effective. |
|
Status |
The status of the analysis code. It could be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
