Edit Account Budget – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to modify the budget amount set for each account code in the financial year / period. You can also view the utilized amount during transaction. You can modify the budget amount based on the utilized amount. You can also delete the budget amount set for an account code. This activity also enables you to modify the adaptation pattern set for the open financial period.

The budget information set for an account code can be deleted. Transactions must not be passed for an account before deletion.

• Go to “Edit Account Budget” page.

• Retrieve the account details using the search criteria and delete them.

Modify the seasonal adaptation pattern set

The seasonal adaptation pattern set for an account code can also be modified. The ratios specified for each open financial period can be modified.

• Modify the ratios set for each financial period.
