This activity allows you to identify and retrieve the details of a Release ID. You can search for a Release ID through the Help on Release ID screen by specifying the values in the Search Criteria section. Based on the specified details, the respective information is displayed in the Search Results multiline. The selected Release ID details are transferred to the required page on selecting the OK button or on double-clicking the relevant row in the multiline.
Project Resource Release should have been defined through the Maintain Project Resource Release activity
Click the lens icon next to the Release ID field in the main screen.
The Help on Release ID screen appears.
Enter the values in the Search Criteria section for retrieving the list of existing release details.
Click Search.
The system retrieves and displays the list of existing Release Ids in the Search Results multiline based on the specified search and filter criteria.
Click the checkbox to select the Release ID and click OK to transfer the details of the selected Release ID to the main screen or double-click the required row in the multiline.
The details of the selected Release ID are transferred to the main screen.
