Health Savings
This page allows you to define the contribution limits for Health Savings plans.
If the plan category is “Health Savings”
The system defaults the Plan Category, Plan Name and Version from the previous screen.
Select any other versions if multiple history records available for the plan.
This plan is available only if the relevant high deductible plan is enrolled by the employee.
Enter the following details.
Catchup Age Group |
Select the catchup age group from dropdown for which the limit is applicable. |
Age As On |
‘Plan Begin Date’ is prepopulated as age on the plan coverage begin date is considered. |
Percentage On |
Percentage of employee’s Base Salary is taken by system which is prepopulated. |
Enter the following details in the multiline.
Coverage Level |
Coverage level is prepopulated based on Health care plan enrollment. Mandatory |
Percentage / Amount |
Select “Percentage” from dropdown if the coverage limit has to be defined in percentage, else select “Amount”. Mandatory |
Total Limit |
Enter the value of the total limit that can be contributed by EE and ER together. Mandatory |
Employee Min |
Enter the value of the minimum amount that can be contributed by the employee. Mandatory |
Catchup |
Enter the value of the catchup amount or percentage that can be contributed by the employee. Mandatory |
Employer Min |
Enter the value of the minimum amount that can be contributed by the employer. Mandatory |
Employer Max |
Enter the value of the maximum amount that can be contributed by the employer. Mandatory |
Click “Save” button to save the details entered in the page. System gives a double confirmation dialogue box to check for your consent, please click ‘Ok’ to save or ‘Cancel’ to go back and edit.
Note: “Save” button is not visible if the screen is launched from Edit/View mode.
