Benefits Admin Dashboard
You can view all the plan details in either “Provider Wise” or “Category Wise”. You could use the toggle option to switch between the two.
Tab: Provider Wise
Select the following details:
Provider |
Select the provider name from the drop-down. The system list the plans from all providers on launch of the screen. |
Period |
The period is defaulted to “Year” to see year on year analytics plan wise. The information is displayed for the current year. |
Click “Get” button to retrieve the provider wise benefit details in the multiline.
The following details are displayed in the multiline:
Category – Plan Name |
The category and plan name of the benefits. Mandatory |
No. Of Employees Enrolled |
The number of employees enrolled under the plan for the current benefit year. Mandatory |
Employee Contribution |
The total premium amount contributed by the employees in the current benefit year as available on date. Mandatory |
Employer Contribution |
The total premium amount contributed by the employer in the current benefit year as available on date. Mandatory |

The following details are displayed

The system displays the plan period in X-axis and Y-axis shows the employee and employer contribution for the selected plan. |
Column 9 |

The system displays the following details at the bottom:
Employee Contribution |
The sum of all employee contributions for the current year as available on current date. |
Employer Contribution |
The sum of all employer contributions for the current year as available on current date. |
Click “View Graph – Provider Cost” Hyperlink to launch the provider wise trend graph.
The system displays the provider details in the X-axis. The Y-axis shows the employee and employer contribution for all plans.
Tab: Category Wise
The above plan details can be viewed plan category wise by choosing the appropriate category.
Process Links
Click “Define Masters” Hyperlink to launch the Benefits Master screen. You could define any master data for Benefits as required.
Click “Add Benefit Plan” Hyperlink to launch Benefits Setup – Plans screen. You could add any new plans from here.
Click “Open Enrollment” Hyperlink to launch the Define Open Enrollment screen. Admin can define the open enrollment start and end date for a Benefit Year in this screen with any specific conditions.
Enrollments and Qualifying Events
Click “Maintain Dependents For Employee” Hyperlink to maintain dependents for the employee. This is to approve / add any qualifying events or employee dependents if required.
Click “Manage Employee Benefits” Hyperlink to Enroll / Approve / Reject employee benefits.
To Do Links
Note: This section will appear only if there are any pending activities for the HR and lists the activities pending.
Click “Authorize Dependents” Hyperlink to authorize dependents.
Click “Authorize Employee Enrollments” Hyperlink to approve employee benefits.
Click “Employee To Act By ……” Hyperlink to see the employees who have not confirmed Benefits during an open enrollment.
