Work Life Events
This page allows you to configure the rules of work life events that will drive a plan.
The system defaults the Plan Category, Plan Name and Version from the previous screen.
Enter the following details in the multiline:
Event |
Select the life event that is applicable to the plan from dropdown. The system displays the list of all the life events defined in the HR General Masters component. Mandatory |
Proof Required |
Select “Yes” from dropdown to indicate if any paper work or substantiation is required for the plan enrollment else select “No”. Mandatory |
Proof Document Name |
The name of the substantiating document. Mandatory |
Add |
Select “Yes” from dropdown to indicate that adding the plan during a life changing event is allowed else select “No”. Mandatory |
Change |
Select “Yes” from dropdown to indicate that changing the plan during a life changing event is allowed else select “No”. Mandatory |
Delete |
Select “Yes” from dropdown to indicate that deleting the plan during a life changing event is allowed else select “No”. Mandatory |
Click “Save” button to save the details entered in the page. System gives a double confirmation dialogue box to check for your consent, please click ‘Ok’ to save or ‘Cancel’ to go back and edit.
Note: “Save” button is not visible if the screen is launched from Edit/View mode.
