Age Band Factor / GTL Factor

This page allows you to configure the age band factor or Group Term Life Insurance (GTL) factor for each benefit plan as required.
The system defaults the Plan Category, Plan Name and Version from the previous screen.
Note: You cannot edit the age band factor for older version.
Enter the following details in the multiline:
Age From |
The age from which the plan is eligible. Mandatory |
Age To |
The age till which the plan is eligible. Mandatory. Note: Ensure that there is continuity from minimum and maximum age. |
Amount on $1000 Benefit per month |
The premium factor for every $1000.00 benefit per month. Mandatory |
Click “Save” button to save the details entered in the page. System gives a double confirmation dialogue box to check for your consent, please click ‘Ok’ to save or ‘Cancel’ to go back and edit.
Note: “Save” button is not visible if the screen is launched from Edit/View mode.
