Specify Benchmark Job Salary Ranges

The “Specify Benchmark Job Salary Ranges” page appears.

Plan Setup Unit

The “Plan Setup Unit” combo is loaded with the login OU where the plan masters are defined. Mandatory.

Currency

The “Currency” combo is loaded with the base currency of the plan setup OU. Mandatory.

Effective Period

The “Effective Period” combo is loaded with the history of dates of the benchmark records. From the drop-down list box, select the required date range.

Note: You are allowed to enter new date range when you modify records, which become new effective period.

Job Family

From the drop-down list box, select the required option. The combo is loaded with all unique job families from Job Classification quick code. Mandatory.

Job Sub Family

From the drop-down list box, select the required option. The combo is loaded with all unique job sub families from Job EEO Class quick code. Mandatory.

Job Level

From the drop-down list box, select the required option. The combo is loaded with all job levels from Job Level master. Mandatory.

Actual Pay

Enter the actual pay of the employee.

10th Percentile

Enter the 10th percentile value for the job family combination. Mandatory.

45th Percentile

Enter the 45th percentile for the job family combination. Mandatory.

50th Percentile

Enter the 50th percentile for the job family combination. Mandatory.

67th Percentile

Enter the 67th percentile for the job family combination. Mandatory.

90th Percentile

Enter the 90th percentile for the job family combination. Mandatory.

Median

Enter the median salary. Mandatory.

Remarks

Key in any remarks or feedback, if any.

Modification Type

From the drop-down list box, select the required modification type. The combo is loaded with “Correct”, “New” and “Update” options for you to choose. The system displays “Select” by default on launch of the page.

Effective From

Enter the effective from date when the modification type selected is “New” or “Update”.
