Viewing cost center structure details

This page allows you to view the details of the cost center structure. You can view the details regarding the type of the structure. You can also view the details of the cost center available at various levels.

Select the “View Structure” link provided in the “Select Cost Center Structure” page.

The “View Cost Center Structure” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Structure Type Details” group box:

Cost Center Structure ID	The code identifying the cost center structure.
Description	The description of the cost center structure.
Status	Indicates the status of the cost center structure. It could be “Active” or “Inactive”.
	Active – indicates that the cost center structure is under effective use.
	Inactive – indicates that the cost center structure is not under use.
Structure Type	Indicates the type of cost center structure. It could be “Default” or “Alternate”.
Effective Date	The date from which the cost center structure is effective.
Expiry Date	The date till which the cost center structure is effective.

The system displays the following in the “Structure Details” multiline:

Level	The number identifying the hierarchy level in which the cost center / unit is available in the structure.
Cost Center / Unit	The code identifying the cost center / unit.
Description	The description of the cost center / unit.
Parent Cost Center / Unit	The code identifying the parent cost center / unit to which cost center has been mapped.

Note: “Blank” would be displayed in this field if the cost center does not have a parent cost center / unit.

The system displays the following:

Created By	The login ID of the user who created the cost center structure.
Created Date	The date on which the cost center structure was created.
Last Modified By	The login ID of the user who last modified the cost center structure.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the cost center structure was last modified.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View Tree” link at the bottom of the page to view the cost center structure in a tree form.
