Authorize MAC Calendar – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to authorize a MAC calendar. You can authorize a MAC calendar that is in the “Fresh” status. The system updates the status of the calendar after authorization as “Open”. You can post MAC entries if the MAC calendar is in the “Open” status. The MAC periods are automatically updated to the “Open” status when the year is authorized.

This activity allows you to authorize multiple MAC calendars at a time. You can authorize multiple MAC calendars provided the calendar preceding the selected calendar has been authorized. This activity also allows you to modify the details of a MAC calendar before authorizing it. The system also stores the login ID of the user and the system date along with the authorized MAC calendar.
